Cooking Bursa doener kebab is a more than hundred years old profession. During this time it has gained worldwide recognition. Our company, established in Bursa in 1950, began serving in Istanbul in 1993 and gained recognition also for being the first established original Bursa doener kebab restaurant in Istanbul.
In recent years, Bursa doener kebab has become one of the most popular dishes in Turkish Cusine.
It is a healthy and well balanced recipe that includes the doener meat, the flat and soft pide bread, tomato sauce, butter and optional yogurt. It is a perfect dish from regarding rich proteins, carbonhydrates, vitamins and minerals. The specially prepared meat is vertically cooked on charcoal fire, which has been scientifically proven to be a much healthier cooking method than horizontal cooking.
